About seamless.engineering

seamless.engineering is a managed integration partner for companies in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We design, build, and permanently operate the integrations between business systems - ERP, CRM, e-commerce, HR, and finance - and we stay accountable for them long after go-live.

Why we exist

Almost every digital project reaches a point where two platforms need to exchange data, and nobody wants to own the connection. The software vendor points to its API. The customer has no team to build or run middleware. The consulting firm's budget covers delivery, not years of operations. So the integration stalls, or it gets built as a one-off script that nobody monitors.

We close that gap. We take on the integration as a long-term responsibility: the business logic, the build, and the day-to-day operation, under one contract.

How we work

Every engagement starts with a scoping briefing. Within 48 hours you receive a fixed-price quote. Typical integrations go live one to three weeks after contract signature, inside the timeline of the project that needs them.

After go-live we operate the integration: monitoring, alerting, incident response, and handling changes to the vendor APIs it depends on. Each customer gets an operations dashboard with a live work log, so every hour we spend is visible before it is billed.

What we stand for

Ownership, not handover

The team that builds an integration keeps it running. There is no point at which it becomes your problem to inherit.

EU-hosted and GDPR-compliant

Integrations run on cloud-native AWS infrastructure in the EU (Frankfurt region). We sign a data processing agreement before any personal data is processed, and we contract under German law.

No lock-in

Everything is deployed as infrastructure-as-code and fully documented. On contract exit you receive a complete data export and the documentation to hand the integration to another team.

Independent

We are bootstrapped and profitable from the first customer. No investor clock pushes us towards growth at the expense of reliability.
