WooCommerce integrations

In short

A WooCommerce integration reads orders, refunds, and gateway transactions from the WordPress shop and writes them into an ERP such as SAP or into accounting such as DATEV or lexoffice, with stock and prices flowing back where needed. It breaks on order statuses that are not payment states, tax rates without tax keys, SKUs nobody governs, plugins that add their own line types, and a shop API running on ordinary web hosting.

What connects to WooCommerce

WooCommerce turns a WordPress site into a shop, which makes it a common starting point for smaller merchants. The data it produces is complete but loosely governed: orders move through statuses, SKUs are whatever someone typed, and every plugin for subscriptions, bundles, or gift cards adds data of its own.

Behind the shop sit the systems that need that data in a stricter shape. An ERP needs sales documents against valid customer and material master data, and sends stock, prices, and delivery status back, as in WooCommerce to SAP. Accounting needs revenue, refunds, and gateway fees as bookings, either as a DATEV Buchungsstapel for the Kanzlei, as in WooCommerce to DATEV, or as invoices and vouchers in an accounting tool, as in WooCommerce to lexoffice.
